What are my shipping options?
Domestic United States orders ship via UPS Ground, while orders shipping to the United Kingdom ship via DHL Standard International.
What is your shipping policy?
At present, Mémoire ships to the United States and the United Kingdom. We hope to extend our reach in the future.
All US orders are shipped via ground service. All UK orders are shipped via DHL International shipping service and are subject to customs for timing.
Non-personalized orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Personalized orders for candles and leather goods require an additional 5 business days of preparation in our atelier before shipping. Personalized orders for stationery require an additional 15 business days of preparation in our atelier before shipping. Orders containing personalized pieces will ship once the personalized items are complete. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your piece is on its way.
We offer complimentary domestic ground shipping on all orders within the United States.
We offer complimentary international shipping on orders to the United Kingdom.
Please note, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Is there additional processing time for personalized orders?
Personalized orders require an additional five business days for preparation. Orders containing personalized pieces will ship once complete.
What is your return policy?
All personalized items are final sale. All candles are final sale. Non-personalized, non-candle items are refundable up to 14 days from delivery provided that:
• A return authorization is requested in writing within 14 days of the date you
receive the item
• The item is returned in its original, unused condition, with all original
packaging, materials, and any accompanying documentation; and
• The item arrives back to us within 14 days of the issuance of your return
authorization.

Who is responsible for return shipping?
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are unable to be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us.
